1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe
- Service Quality Issues: If the delivered service does not meet the specifications outlined in your order
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we have started work on your project
- Technical Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part
2. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the following timeframes:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
- Work in Progress: Partial refund available within 7 days of service delivery, minus completed work
- Completed Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of final delivery
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Consultation services that have already been provided
- Custom engineering work that has been completed and delivered according to specifications
- Services where you have approved the final deliverables
- Downloadable digital files that have been accessed or downloaded
- Services cancelled after work has commenced (partial refund may apply)
- Change of mind after service delivery
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Include your order number and detailed reason for the refund request
Step 3: Provide any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Step 4: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
We will respond to your refund request via email and provide you with the outcome of our review.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
Please note that any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- If work has already commenced on your project, you will be charged for the completed portion
- If revisions were requested and partially completed
- If only certain deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications
- At our discretion, based on the specific circumstances of your case
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may pursue dispute resolution through your payment provider or applicable consumer protection agencies.
8. Modifications to Services
If you request significant changes to the scope of work after the project has begun, additional fees may apply. We will provide you with a revised quote before proceeding with any modifications. Refunds will not be issued for additional work that was requested and completed.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
